A biceps workout is a very important part of arm workouts.  For those who are unfamiliar with where the biceps are, they are the top arm, opposite the triceps.  These are the muscles that can sort of look like the bubble in the arm.  There is really one movement for working the biceps and that is the curl.  The main difference between the different types of curls is based on the distance between the hands.  The closer the hands, the biceps workout is focusing on the outside part of the bicep.  When the hands are placed further apart from each other, the more inside of the biceps are getting worked.

Seth Feroce Has Kicked Up His Training For the Toronto Pro!

The Toronto Pro is scheduled to take place June 1-3, 2012 in Toronto, Canada.  For many of the individuals going, this is unlike any show they have ever attended before.  For individuals who will be attending to just watch the competitions and take in all the sites, the Toronto Pro is sure to not disappoint.  The news was recently released that Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, and Phil Heath will all be at the show on Sunday, June 3!

 

For one individual, Seth Feroce, the Toronto Pro is exciting for a different reason.  After taking a whole year off of the competition circuit, Seth Feroce will be making his re-entrance into the competition world!  Feroce has taken the last year off of competing to increase his strength and to take his career to the next level.  In the last year, Feroce has put on nearly fifty pounds of muscle.  He is more dedicated than ever before and his recent video post shows that he has made some significant visual improvements over the last year!

 

Feroce’s Diet Has A Huge Impact on his Training!

 

A big part of Feroce’s training routine is his diet.  His days currently start with twelve ounces of chicken and a cup and a half of oatmeal with fresh berries.  His second meal is generally twelve ounces of sirloin and fourteen ounces of potatoes.  Feroce’s third meal is made up of twelve ounces of chicken and two and a half cups of rice.  Fourteen ounces of white fish and two and a half cups of white rice make up his fourth meal.  Meal number two is repeated as his fifth meal.  Feroce’s sixth and last meal of the day is made up of two cups of egg whites with two omega three eggs.  For those of you who have not been doing the math, that comes out to over three pounds of meat (chicken, sirloin and fish) and three cups of rice in one day!  To put that in perspective, the average American consumes an average of about one half pound of meat per day!

 

The Cuff Edition Has Helped Feroce Target his Biceps!

 

Another key element to Feroce’s success is the way that he is working out.  He said in a recent video post that The Cuff Edition from Isolator Fitness has helped him in great deal with his biceps.  The video shows Feroce using The Cuff Edition for cable bicep curls.  The Cuff Edition was released by Isolator Fitness as a way to isolate and target the biceps and triceps without using the hands or grip strength.
