How to Measure For Proper Sizing For The Isolator and The Cuff Edition by IFBB Pro Seth Feroce

First, The Isolator : First thing you need is some measuring tape and you are going to measure your un-flexed bicep. Place the tape measure in the crease of your upper arm where your delt meets your bicep. Now that you have your number, make sure that it's exact. Don't round up, we're not going to judge you, we're not seeing how big your bicep is, so honesty is the best thing to do. If you measure at a half size, round down. For example, if your un-flexed bicep measures 15 1/2 inches, round down to 15 inches. You want to make sure that it fits perfectly-- and the snugger the better.

Now for The Cuff Edition : you're going to measure the base of your wrist, where it meets your hand.

Now that you have your size, go to our website: and you're going to go to the "Size and Chart" on the "Buy Now" page then you're going to look for your size on the "Size Chart" and it will correlate to a letter and that is your size. So then, you are all set, hit "Buy Now", and we will send it to you.
