  • 2 teaspoons Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Gravy

  • 1 tablespoon butter (use coconut oil for a healthier choice)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream (or low-fat milk for fewer calories)
  • 8 oz sliced button mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons whiskey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon beef base

How To:

  • Place a large skillet over medium to high heat. Once heated, coat with oil.
  • Fry the hamburgers for around three minutes on each side. Afterward, remove the meat from the pan and loosely cover it with foil.

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs. ground beef (85/15 or leaner)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 cups marinara sugar-free marinara sauce

How To:
