What is Isolator Fitness’s return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Food items can not be returned. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please call or e-mail
(610-370-7915 or [email protected]) to obtain a required return number. The return number must be placed on the shipping label. All parts must be included with the return in order to receive your refund credit. Items returned should show no sign of wear or damage. The Isolator, The Cuff Edition, Versa gripps and or any clothing should not have any odor of sweat, or be dirty in any facet. If a product is sent back and does have an odor or is visibly dirty the return request will be denied and if you want the product back it will be a $10 shipping charge. You MUST include a copy of your invoice with the order number and the date ordered.
How will I receive my refund credit?
All refunds are credited to the original payment method less the shipping charges and the 20% restocking fee. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact us at 610-370-7915 or [email protected].
Once I have returned my item, how long will it be until I receive my refund credit?
You should receive your refund credit within 5-7 business days of Isolator Fitness receiving your item for return.
Can I return or exchange my custom Isobag?
All sales on Customized items are final. You cannot return or exchange customized products. We are not responsible for any misspellings so please be careful when entering your text. Size and position of text may vary depending on text length/characters. Please allow 5-14 days for processing.

Expedited Shipping Policy:
For 2-3 Day and Next Day Shipping:
orders must be placed no later than 12:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this time will ship out the next business day. Expedited shipping options are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders.
