Posting the first photo for the world to see was very hard for me, to put myself out there like that, but I wanted to show everyone that I have worked so hard to be where I am today. I’m not perfect, I know that, and I have a long way to go to be where I want to be, but I’m so happy with how far I have come already!
My best friend passed away a year and a half ago and I lost all drive and had no focus in life. I became a party girl–drinking all the time and eating whatever I wanted. I lost my way and I wanted to give up. That’s when I decided to hire my amazing coach (@jamessuttonpt). I wanted to love myself again, and James helped me to do that. I wanted to compete, but that wasn’t my primary goal, that was just a bonus.
To me, this is proof that if you put your mind to something, you can do it! My main goal in life is to inspire those who find it hard to get up every morning, because I’ve been there and I’ve made the change. I’ve been at the lowest low, but I came out fighting, and I want to show others that you can too!
