High Protein Dessert Recipes

Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Directions:

  1. Fill a mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners and then spray them with coconut oil, to prevent sticking
  2. Mix the peanut butter and protein powder together in a medium bowl (add more protein powder if the consistency seems too runny)
  3. Roll 12 balls out of your peanut butter and protein powder mixture and set them aside
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together (stirring constantly)
  5. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate into each mini muffin liner
  6. Allow chocolate to harden in the freezer for about 10 minutes
  7. Place 1 protein peanut butter ball into each mini muffin liner on top of the hardened chocolate layer
  8. Push the protein peanut butter ball down with your finger until it is flat against the chocolate
  9. Add 2 more teaspoons of melted chocolate to the mini muffin liners, on top of the hardened chocolate and protein peanut butter balls
  10. Put your mini muffin tin in the freezer and allow your protein peanut butter cups to freeze and harden for at least 10-15 minutes
  11. Enjoy your high protein dessert

Protein Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz Organic Firm Tofu (drained)
  • 2 Cups 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (canned)
  • ¼ Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
  • 2 Teaspoons Roasted Almond Butter
  • 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ – 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (to taste)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt

Directions:

  1. Press tofu between paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible
  2. Put your dried tofu into a blender and mix well
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and combine until smooth and even
  4. Scoop the protein pumpkin pie pudding into serving bowls and cover
  5. Refrigerate overnight to allow the pudding to set
  6. Enjoy your high protein dessert

Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients:

  • 6 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 6 Tablespoons Protein Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 9 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cashew or Vanilla Almond Milk (room temp)
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoon Sugar (or natural sweetener)
  • 2 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Line a 9×5” loaf pan with parchment paper (to simplify clean up)
  2. Whisk coconut flour, protein powder, and salt together in a small bowl
  3. Whisk together coconut oil, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl
  4. Stir the sugar into the coconut oil mixture until well blended
  5. Mix in the flour mixture and stir well until a crumbly dough forms
  6. Fold in 1 ½ tablespoon of mini chocolate chips
  7. Pour your dough into the loaf pan and using a spatula press it down across the bottom of the pan
  8. Gently press the remaining ½ tablespoon of mini chocolate chips into the top of the protein chocolate chip cookie dough bars
  9. Chill these bars for at least two hours
  10. Slice into bars
  11. Store these in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat
  12. Enjoy your high protein dessert

Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • ⅔ Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Egg (large)
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (½ Cup)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (to simplify clean up)
  3. Put all of the ingredients into one medium sized mixing bowl and stir together until you get a cookie dough consistency (You may need to add a bit more protein powder if consistency is off)
  4. Roll out 12 – 2 inch balls of dough then flatten them in your hands
  5. Place on a baking sheet and use a fork to create the classic peanut butter cookie grid on your cookie dough
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees F (cookies edges should turn golden brown)
  7. Place baked cookies on a wire cooling rack and allow to cool for at least 10 to 15 minutes
  8. Enjoy your high protein dessert

Protein Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 3 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ¼ Cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • ½ Banana (ripe)
  • 1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (to simplify clean up)
  3. Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and mix well
  4. Spoon 18-24 cookies out and place on the baking sheet and flatten them
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F
  6. Place baked cookies on a wire cooling rack and allow to cool completely
  7. Enjoy your high protein dessert
